My work focuses on the face—my own—as a site of emotional reflection and self-exploration. Each portrait is not simply an image, but an encounter with my inner world, where feelings of anxiety, vulnerability, and longing quietly emerge. This series of paintings draws inspiration from Edvard Munch, whose paintings reveal the tension between life and death, love and despair. Like Munch, I seek to express the fragile essence of being human—the subtle pain, the pulse of existence, and the silent energy that lies within us.Through painting, I try to face my emotions honestly, transforming them into visible form. What begins as silence becomes texture, and what once trembled within finds its voice on the canvas.
