Personified objects and genderless creatures, protected and simultaneously trapped are filling the vacuum of the surface. Like icons they stand alone, sometimes together.
As I reflect through them on the world around me, my thoughts and identity, a duality follows and they become a vessel for a multitude of meanings that inherit contradiction and satisfaction, permanence and transience.
