Irritated by power imbalances within everyday life, Hannah Kerschner creates new, emancipated worlds for her imagined subjects. A large part of her works are oil paintings on canvas. Furthermore, texts, textile art, animation and drawings are part of her artistic practice. In her work, Kerschner addresses a range of human (and non-human) conditions, such as desire, satisfaction, boredom, sadness, trauma and being overwhelmed.
