In my work I enjoy creating seemingly unusual situations that are based on real life events.
Most of my films portray the conflicting feelings between the foolishness of life followed by melancholic and tragic occurrences. This absurdity and sourness are very much inspired by both the animated and live action films that I grew up with. I was always interested in movement, either in real life or in reproduction. Animating makes me able to create surreal movements for any character in any situation. By mixing real life footage, photos of textures, and my rather rough drawing style, I establish to create a strange and unfamiliar world for my characters.
